Web-based health club management software from CheckFree Health & Fitness has been chosen to support a large government fitness and leisure facility based in Belgium.
The site is a 1,000-member complex for staff that is managed by Bladerunner -which provides club management services to the corporate, public sector and hospitality markets - and the new software will replace the centre's existing legacy system.
CheckFree's club management and payment solutions power 32 of the 70 fitness facilities throughout the United Kingdom and Europe managed by Bladerunner. In the Belgian centre, CheckFree club management software will be used for fee collections and payment processing, linking directly to Isabel, the country's payment clearing centre.
The CheckFree software will also facilitate a variety of other administrative tasks including membership renewals, electronic bookings of activities such as fitness classes and beauty treatments, and marketing programmes.
